SMART launches training certification program
Certification of SMART resellers and third-party trainers expands training availability for customers
CALGARY, Alberta --- March 10, 2005 --- SMART Technologies Inc. announces the launch of the SMART Training Certification Program, which makes high-quality training more widely available to customers. The program is open to SMART resellers and third-party trainers, who must undergo SMART training in order to receive either basic or advanced-level certification. Once their training is complete, they can use their SMART certification to assure customers that they are receiving the most up-to-date and highest quality training available. The SMART Training Certification Program is currently available in locations across the U.S. and Canada.
After several years of strong growth and delivering its own in-person and online training, SMART recognized the value of using third-party trainers to meet increased demand. To ensure that such trainers meet SMART's standard of excellence for content and delivery, SMART developed two types of certification - Fundamentals and Masters. Upon completion, those trained are designated as SMART Certified Trainers, and may display and promote their status with a training certification logo.
